"I love the proximity to the beach, the privacy, very well kept"

"The beach is nice. The rooms need renovation-our room did not have a hair dryer and the chain lock at the door was missing. Also, there was no way we can call the front desk except through Viber or WhatsApp. What if we had security issues? Check out process was very TEDIOUS! The line was very long at the reception. They charged us a security deposit and they still had to call room service to check our room before they let us go. If we got something from the room, they could just charge it...

"The Seabreeze is NOT on the beach and u cannot see the beach from hotel. There were numerous problems encountered during our 3 night stay: 1) no free wifi and the wifi we paid extra for did not work inside room. 2) everything costs extra ... ice, cooking, extra towels etc. 3) the noise throughout the hotel is unbearable ... dogs barking all hours day & night ... people clients and busy street heard inside room ... tv was handful of downloaded movies with no access to any channels... access...

"The rooms were not ready with toiletries when we got to the rooms. We had to ask for toilet paper and have the rooms dusted. Positive note: the pool was very good and clean and the dining area was clean. "

"The staff is friendly and accomodating. We love that the location is just a few minutes walk to the beach. The room was spacious enough for our family, new airconditioning the room itself is clean. "Staff are nice but the property needs major renovation. I’m very sorry but the room is dark , smells bad . Lots of dogs , no internet . We left after we saw the room .. the way to the beach have pieces of woods ( there’s construction going on) this resort should not operate yet until it’s renovated. It’s too pricey , I won’t even book this for 500 pesos. I payed for 85$/ day for a room. Called the management for a refund they said they will email me back but haven’t received any yet. Just...

"This property should not be listed in Expedia nor other booking platforms. We made a booking on behalf of my brother thinking that it's at Pico and the property would be nice. They were upgraded to a two bedroom, but was of a downgrade. Cleanliness and providing basic essentials are part of being a host. NOT this one. Anyhow, they've checked out the next day. "

"Everything was terrible. No internet, unkept , dirty rooms, food was tasteless, dogs r Running around the place with dog poop on the ground, mosquitoes all over the place. Dirty linens. Place not safe."
