"This property let us book a room at 7pm and although clearly on their site it states check in is available until midnight, at 9:20 we arrived to a dark abandoned house. We tried reaching the manager via what’s app and after an hour he finally answered and told us to “find another place to stay, he’s closed”. The property is non refundable so I’ve been fighting with Expedia for a refund which to this point they’ve refused to issue. Absolute disaster. I’ll be claiming a fraudulent transaction...

"I tired to communicate with the property 2 days before my stay to coordínate transportation to hotel and there was no answer. Manager said they didn’t recibe my emails. Phone number on the webpage of the hotel is not working because I also tried contacting them. I stay es in pooring rain for two hours, a local gentlemen took me to the hotel, if not I would’ve had to walk from port to hotel in a rain y day. "This spot was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom/ 2 bath Marco Polo units. Super clean. It has a great covered patio area with 2 lounge chairs and a patio table with chairs. Curtains drop around the patio area for privacy. 2 pools with lots of umbrellas and sunbathing chairs. "The view from the hotel is amazing, it is walking distance from the old town and there are two small beach right next to it. We had half board which is a good alternative if you don’t want to have dinner out every night. The breakfast was good (wish there was a wider variety of fruit, but that is a personal preference) and dinner had a lot of options to choose from. The best part about it is definitely the staff who were all very nice and friendly."
