"Hassle free booking and very cheap"

"We have stayed at this property a few times before and were looking forward to the 3-day break. We asked for a quiet room away from lifts and stairs and we hoped that we would be on the 3rd or 4th floor where we had stayed before. Sadly we were given a room with disabled facilities on the first floor and the closest room to the lift. We did have an oceanview , but interrupted by the cars parking in front and people being able to look into the low floor room. We also asked at reception for a trim...

"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

"Perfect location for attending guneral at Hope and Sons less than a block away. The area is very familiar to me as I walked down Bayview Rd to Queens for 4years. The convenience of Bays Junction BP for a decent coffee,Woolworths for a snack, a brief walk for a lovely breakfast at Nicholls garden centre and easy access to bus routes."

"Accomodation had been double booked. Instead of cancelling the booking from their end the host messaged me on trivago, since I was expecting a message anyway for the login code, and you have to login to read messages I left it. Host also alerted trivago it was double booked, who did not contact me either. Drove all the way to Dunedin with 2 kids, stranded and nowhere to stay. Spent $400 to stay at scenic circle for the first night, Dunedin was booked out for the second night so we had to drive...

"The only thing I didn't check was if the unit was on the ground floor as I have trouble with stairs (it was on the ground floor, so I was very happy). Highlighting this on the room descriptions would help people with access problems"

"I’ve traveled extensively and this is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere. The rooms are stunning. The whole hotel is stunning. There was a separate toilet and then a shower with sink that could be closed off with opaque glass doors. High quality amenities like Nespresso, slippers are robes. Truly an outstanding experience."
