"I love the lodge . Restaurant staff was great. Front desk on Saturday was anything but freindly. That evening the check engine n was great ! Sunday morning great! Breakfast and ck out was very helpful and pleasant. Maybe Saturday day person was having a bad day."

"Two bed/two bath townhome in the Spur Landing area of Cloudcroft. Easy to find, near the golf course, pretty quiet. Park at the front door. No A/C (you are at 9000 feet) but there are ceiling fans and tower fans, in case the afternoon gets warm. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. Wifi worked flawlessly. TV is streaming only, so if you don't do that, it may be a challenge. Small deck, with a dinette. A propane grill is there. Golf course view. Often some elk and deer will com along. Adjacent...

"I've stayed here several times traveling between Arizona and Wisconsin. Staff is always great, very attentive to everything. Room was clean and I slept great on that mattress. Might be my favorite place to stay when I'm on the road.."

"The room was very clean and had good amenities for the price. However, the toilet had a strong reek of sewage coming from it. We saw some plumbers working on it which made us feel better but the smell was pretty strong. The bed was comfortable but if you’re bothered by noise when you’re sleeping the train horn will wake you up."

"The property and hosts are amazing!! We had a party of 6 and were extremely comfortable in the property. Upstairs bed is a little hard but the other 2 are soft and comfortable. This property has a beautiful covered porch. We will definitely be back."

"Breakfast was good, with plenty of options. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn't able to be used at the time and the room phone didn't work. But the front desk staff were all super nice and helpful. Our itinerary said our check in was at 3pm, the hotel had changed that to 4pm a few months before. They got us checked in at about 3:10pm, as soon as the room was available. The room was clean, with very nice amenities. Coffee, with bottled water! Even makeup wipes, which was great, as I forgot...
