Hotel Murah di Bear Park

"We arrived to the lodge after eating dinner in town. The employee at the front desk was not helpful. I had booked through Expedia and she could not find my reservation. After about ten minutes she said oh here you are in the system, but Expedia didn’t book your room. I was confused and when I asked her why, she explained that it was Expedia’s fault. She said they had no room for us and that I would have to contact Expedia. She offered no solution for a room for us. She said I have a suite...

"So it was very quaint. Older and comfortable bed. There was a leak from upstairs coming into the kitchen, however the hostess was trying her best to get a plumber. The floors were super squeaky. As it’s an older home, so expect that, BUT, it really was a sweet place and breakfast was good each morning. It’s like going to your grandparents house in the woods."

"Two bed/two bath townhome in the Spur Landing area of Cloudcroft. Easy to find, near the golf course, pretty quiet. Park at the front door. No A/C (you are at 9000 feet) but there are ceiling fans and tower fans, in case the afternoon gets warm. Firewood is provided for the fireplace. Wifi worked flawlessly. TV is streaming only, so if you don't do that, it may be a challenge. Small deck, with a dinette. A propane grill is there. Golf course view. Often some elk and deer will com along. Adjacent...

"Front desk was extremely helpful every time we asked something of them. They had very useful info. They even saved us some money on a local tourist attraction."

"Easy to find; conveniently located; nice front desk; quiet room; solid breakfast"

"Room was great. Staff was nice. The kitchen was spacious. Loved the new bathroom. Plenty of counter space. The breakfast was wonderful. We wish we had more time to spend there"

"Friendly staff, bright room, modern feeling"

"This hotel rooms were just okay. We had several issues with the key card and needed to go to the front desk several times for the two rooms we had. You needed to put your shoulder into the door to get it open. The free breakfast was good."

"Well, check in was fine. The suite was large. The breakfast was surprisingly good and clean area. BUT house keeping needs to be shown how to clean the rooms. The floor was filthy. I took a wash cloth and turned it totally black by cleaning a small area. I took it the the front desk manager Sunday morning and she said " boy that floor is dirty ", I left the dirty cloth with her and there was no attempt to get the room cleaned while we were there for 3 nights. Also, the bath and soap dispensers...

"Room was pretty clean. Kept up nicely for an older property. Continental breakfast good. It's not the Ritz but good value for the money. Close to shopping, restaurants, and Wjite Sands park."

"It was a beautiful well maintained hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast that was included."

"Perfect for my family, though beds were too high for my toddler."

"Great value! Unexpectedly nice"

"This is a bed and breakfast - very comfortable bed in my own room with my own private bath. The host goes out of her way to make your stay welcoming."

"Lobby Window was broken so they didn’t serve breakfast at our stay(felt scammed because that was one of the main reasons we chose that hotel). The “cleaning lady” busted through our door at 4:52pm and when she saw we were there she just apologized and said that she thought nobody was in this room. Mold in the bathroom and when you first walk in. Holes in the wall stuffed with tissue. Man in the room next to us smoked weed the whole time and walked around shirtless. Never staying here again"
