"Overall, the room was cleaning when we first got there then the night came. After being now. I wanted to take a shower went into the shower, and there was bugs everywhere all over the ceiling, crawling out of the vent. Coming down. The mirror. I couldn’t even shower. went to the front, Office. I don’t remember her name asked her if they could transfer us room. She said no asked her if we could get a refund. She said no. "The room was filthy. I was stunned that it was in such poor shape. The bedding and towels were clean, and the fridge was clean and cold.Here's the rest: Bathroom was sort of clean Baseboards were filthy and shower pan needs some serious scrubbing, and there was hair everywhere - we did not shower A/C was caked with dirt A/C remote didn't work and was so grimy Dust bunnies on the wall Phone didn't work - no dial tone Remote controlled the DirecTV box but not the actual TV Side table drawer...

"We very much looked forward to staying at this property. However, there were things about the stay which troubled us, so we will not recommend this property to others, and are giving the lowest rating possible. The poor communication of the staff and management was the main issue with the stay. Their attitude when being told the bed was uncomfortable, was not agreeable, and they did not wish to fix the issue. "The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel."

"It was fast and easy to check in. The property had a lot to be desired the room ,there was one light and there were 3 that were burned out. There were no soap or conditioner in the showers, there were no tables to put your belongings. Other than that, I rate you 2 stars, maybe. I almost forgot the trains at 1 2 and 3 o'clock in the morning."

"When I booked the room, I didn't know it was in such a bad area. We had a very expensive classic car with us and didn't feel comfortable staying there. Also, the exterior painting was terrible. I booked a room at another hotel and felt much safer."

"We were told that the property was very close to the train station. So close you could almost see it. When we arrived we realized not true and the owner suggest we should drive because we would likely be very tired after the trip you the canyon to walk back anyway. Room was ok. Lamp was reported broken but not fixed. Just ok. Lots of other options in town."
