"The Red Coach Inn is an historical building about 500 feet from the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park, NY. The views are beautiful and the property is well kept and clean. The staff was absolutely lovely! Everyone from front desk, the bar, the restaurant, and the entire staff was kind and attentive. The restaurant was delicious and convenient!"

"Lookout! There's no breakfast included here, but they'll not state that at the "buffet" for breakfast downstairs. After eating a piece of toast and a coffee, which I normally have - the restaurant charged me $20. Hardly worth it, and I could've gone without it!"

"The property was under construction. No big deal. But we booked a room for 7 adults and there was barely room for 5. They did not clean, take out the trash, or provide clean towels for 3 days in a row. Had to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels. And the elevators smelled horrific."

"Room is not cleaned properly and I see chips lyning near the bed when I checked in, no basic things like body lotion in wash room, main body wash bottle is empty though they provided a small bottle, I have to request for another one during my stay. Breakfast has very limited options"

"There is not enough parking for the number of guest. The front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff were observed, for over an hour, talking poorly about the guests after they had checked out of the hotel. The grounds are fairly clean as were the rooms. There is construction happening at the hotel and storage of such materials are in the viewing area of the front desk."
