"I spent one night with my severely handicapped mother at this location for our first time ever. The hotel is beautiful. The staff is professional and friendly. They always asked if Mom needed help. We had an early morning appointment and we're not able to check out the breakfast, but it looked popular and plentiful. The accessible room is excellent, with clear paths, and a great bathroom. This was our first day but we will be returning."

"The staff friendliness and courtesy were amazing. The hotel was very clean and immaculate. The only minor inconvience was the water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, this minor issue would not be a deterrent for me to stay at this hotel again. "

"I loved the hot tub, pool and gym area. The only negative thing was the room was pretty cold and I couldn’t find how to adjust the temperature. "

"Smoke detector batteries were dead which caused it to constantly beep all night. I called down to the front desk to make them aware at 3 am. The gentleman said he would figure out where it was coming from. He calls me back 45 min later to tell me it’s in the next room but they don’t have maintenance at night so there’s nothing he can do anyways. No care in the world that we had just drove for 9 hours from out of province for a very important medical appointment the next day at the hospital and...

"L’odeur à la chambre était très mauvaise, on a fait une reclayet ils m’ont changé la chambre. Il n’y a pas de place pour changer ni pour prendre une douche après la piscine, donc il fallait sortir en maillot et aller jusqu’à la chambre pour prendre la douche et changer sachant qu’il neigeait dehors"

"We were so impressed by everything! Spoiled as staff took care of us from the moment we arrived. Room was so spacious, comfortable couch, and a great bar fridge and microwave. Truly great sleep in a quiet room. The breakfast looked fantastic but we had to leave for airport before it opened. We did grab a yogurt from breakfast fridge to go with room coffee. Oh! We did Uber from a restaurant near by And the hotel has an ice cream machine!!"

"Parking was good. The breakfast was the same for the four days we were there. Had better provided breakfast elsewhere. They never made our room the one day! But had good room service the other days. "
