"The beach was the best part of our trip, staff was friendly. Property needs lots of maintenance. Had cold water the 1st day. Ordered lunch at the pool ;waited for like half an hr and we didn’t get it so we had to cancel the order."

"Laundry machines did not work, also 3.50 per washer AND dryer wasn’t fun. However the pool was well maintained, breakfast was great and a rotating menu daily (no same breakfast 2 days in a row!) and the Loft Room was an excellent way to stay in HHI"
