"This was are third visit to the gladstone, Gavin and Stephen are brilliant hosts staff are excellent, food ot the hotel is excellent and not to expensive, car parking either side of the hotel. "

"the staff very helpful food was very good , excellent value."

"Welcoming staff, large family room, comfortable bed, breakfast delicious. Stairs quite steep (i should have booked a room on lower floor) i didnt have any issue but felt if i had they would de addressed and dealt with effectively. Thank you for a wonderful stay over."

"Fantastic BnB in a great central location. Our triple room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quick, efficient and tasty. Owner was very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Pebble House because it was opposite the promenade and we had a wonderful sea view. Simon and Emma worked hard to look after the guests and the breakfast was excellent. The location was good with shops nearby and within walking distance of Llandudno main shopping areas. Rooms were clean and we would go there again"

"Room small unclean and breakfast buffet offering was terrible. The location and price were good but they were the only positives."

"Really nice hotel, attentive staff with about 5 mins walk to pier. Breakfast was fabulous with a generous choice to suit everybody. Added bonus was the on site parking. Note this is limited but great to have in Llandudno Would defo stay here again"

"Great base for walking the Llanberis path up Snowden. The hosts were extremely welcoming, warm, and knowledgable about the local area. A selection of teas and coffee are available in the lounge area which felt much needed after the climb! Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend :)"

"I found the breakfast was very poor quality which wasn't cooked very well, I had cornflakes and toast which couldn't be messed with"

"Disappointed that TV didn't work, nor was there a radio. Also room didnt have a lock apparantly as the room was designated as a fire escape. The good points were the breakfast and cleanliness and bed comfortable."

"The B&B is absolutely spotless, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom with (unusual for the UK) a bidet with hot and cold water. Tea and coffee maker in the room, with biscuits. No noise from the street, four small parking places in front of the hotel, very good breakfast. Highly recommended."

"The water pressure in the third floor shower is terrible. The internet only worked half of the time. Breakfast menu is limited. The staff were kind and it is in a good location."

"The bed in room 8 was very spongy. So much so that it was difficult to turn over without bouncing out of the bed! Poor night's sleep. Amenities...bathroom with the toilet so close to the basin you can rest your chin on it! Plenty of room to adjust! Poor value for money."
