"The TV and internet in the room did not work and could not be fixed during our stay despite asking twice. Apparently no engineer on site but why put us in this room when most rooms were empty? The evening meal in the Restuarant - my wife’s Cote de Beouf steak was not eatable . We informed the waiter who apologised several times but never offered to replace it. You still charged us in full for it. Real shame as otherwise nice venue that we may have considered using regularly when travelling back from alps to UK, I asked twice at reception for these problems to be considered and no one was available to consider a partial refund or even a gesture of goodwill. Still not heard from hotel more than 24 hours after check out. Very disappointing , still waiting on a formal response to my legitimate service complaint ."
