"This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. "The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."
