"Hotel has everything you need. Rooms are spacious. Great breakfast. Just wish it lasted longer than ending at 9:30 during the week. Also has a laundry room I actually used. Detergent is for purchase at the front desk little shopping area."
"This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic!
I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular...
"the staff was amazing i forgot my gold necklace and earrings and the gentleman at the front desk looked for them personally and set them aside for me. only issue i had was that the sheets and mattress topper was dirty. it looked like a fresh stain of some kind of oil. but with no fuss they set me up in a different room. Every part of the hotel I saw was clean, the staff were All very helpful and polite. The breakfast could’ve been better. It’s not a lot of choices but it’s included in your stay and it’s good enough. 10/10 I’ll be staying here again if I’m in the area. "
"Accommodations were very nice. Hotel does need a face-lift, but I learned from chatting with the staff that they plan on doing that. I didn’t realize until I was leaving that the room next to me had a family with 2 pets. I would hope that they would designate certain rooms for people with pets and are in a separate area from other guests. "
