The ladies were very helpful and assisted me with booking my Island Tour and Dinner at Dexters! The icing on the cake was definitely returning to my room the night of April 5 (my Birthday) to find a complimentary massage token on my bed! That intimate element definitely spoke volumes! "First of all, mosquitoes devour me. I stayed at the Loyalton many times and never had mosquitoes bite me. The breakfast didn't do it for me. The shower was cold, no lotion for your body, and the place didn't do it for me. Never again. I didn't like it."

Gem is conveniently located on a beach, however the rooms are showing their age and it is clear that management has not invested in updating the room in a very long time.
