Small room with 2 queen beds. Not much room to walk around the beds. No drawers, no coffee pot, no alarm clock. Breakfast was bagels, yogurt and cereal. Staff was very friendly which was the best part.

Very clean room and bathroom. Staff was very pleasant. Only downside was noisy cars using parking lot as shortcut right outside my ground floor window. But other than that, I will stay here again.

Check in was quick and easy and staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean and freshly renovated. Only downside was the breakfast, not as many selections as other hotels but sufficient. We would stay here again.

Hotel is newly renovated, both the rooms and lobby, halls, etc. Convenient location. The Mexican restaurant across the street had great food. Breakfast is only bagels, cereal and yogurt. But they had several toppings for the yogurt. Very good. Our only complaint is there seemed to be little sound proofing! The room above us, the ice machine… but we’d definitely stay here again!

The room’s carpet had recently been cleaned. The carpet was wet when we moved in and the smell from the cleaning was nearly overwhelming. We turned on the AC and went to supper thinking it would get better. It didn’t. We should have asked for another room, but we were too tired.

I stayed here with my dog while we were going to visit New River Gorge (which I also highly recommend!). Nobody seemed annoyed that I had my dog! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. It was safe and clean. The park was super close and there is a ton of stuff to eat nearby as well. I appreciated the room also came with a fridge and microwave. Good tv options (it rained a lot on day so I appreciated this). Coffee available all day. Ample parking. Really can’t go wrong with this place honestly! :-)

Staff were extremely nice and friendly. The hotel is overpriced for what you get but they are about 20 minutes from New River Gorge NP. The pet fee is listed wrong on hotels.com and is actually $75 per stay. Our room had a gap in the door so it was a little noisier than it should have been. The room smelled musty and the smell didn't really go away unless the air was running and even then you could still smell it. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was simple but decent and hours were generous (6a-10a) compared to other places we've stayed. Not a bad stay if you just want a bed and shower but there are probably cheaper places to stay unless you need a pet friendly hotel.

The hotel was pretty clean and everything appears new. But, for the price it's very basic. And the single room is very small. Well over $100 a night And they provide the most basic of coffee and breakfast as a motel 6. Wish I saw the courtyard before I booked this, they were roughly the same Price!!!And courtyard is nicer and more comfy. The rooms are basically a college dorm room. Theme and everything. Small and basic.
