"Great location, however the idea of being awoken earlier than anticipated by faulty air conditioning. This triggered the in room gas leak detection alarm, which the on site staff responded to quickly by turning the air conditioning unit off. Silenced the alarm, but turned a/c off, and we were the up w hours earlier than anticipated for early departure, which was the reason for staying close by.
Appreciate these things happen and grateful for alarm, however presume ac had not been serviced."

"We had to stay here after the train route we booked was cancelled. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and empathetic to me, my wife, and our two boys. It was a stressful reason to need the hotel room, but the entire staff the night of June 13th made the experience so much better for us and we can't thank them enough!"

"Everything was ok-ish for this grade of hotel.
The pillows were not very comfortable and the shower curtain does not work well. You end up with water all over the floor if not placed correctly.
Great location, right on the marina. Lovely bars, coffee shops, restaurants. Quaint high street."

We were in a garden room which was nice enough inside, however, the glass wall/window were so exposing that you had to have the curtain pulled across the entire time.
