The resort upgraded to another room immediately because the AC was not cold enough. They also checked my room before i left and found i had left items behind. Food is limited but i always took the free shuttle service to the main town for meals at the restaurants. I absolutely recommend this resort for quiet jungle holiday away from the noise. The staff is simply fanastic. "
