"There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere."

"Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!"

"This is the first hotel we have found with two king sized beds. I was sure it was a mistake but it was not! We travel as a family for sports a lot and there are two adults, a 14 year old and a 10 year old. The queen sized beds we normally get stuck with are too small. These beds were also super comfortable! The pool was great and in use, however, the hot tub was broken. There is a little garden area that is so cute and a fire pit that is peaceful. "Door dead bolt was in the open position keeping the door propped open, bathroom cleaning looked like it was interrupted as the surfaces had been sprayed but not rinsed. Wrong times provided for the breakfast. Overall a very meh! experience."

"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."
