"After being woke up at 2am and again at 4:45am by the guest next door, I was informed he is dropped off by his father and the hotel “babysits” him until someone comes back to pick him up. It could be days before someone returns. The night manager and the day manager both stated he has mental issues. I was unaware of this property being a “safe house” facility and would have reserved my one night stay somewhere else that wasn’t as expensive. I paid more thinking it would be a better experience...

"There was a weird smell throughout the building; not necessarily a bad smell but not necessarily good. Blankets were thin, old looking, stained and appeared to be burned with cigarettes. Hair dryer didn't work. Sink area didn't appear to be thoroughly cleaned. Flooring was all pretty bad looking and there was no trim of any sort around the bottom of the tub. Rooms were quiet. Mini fridge and a microwave that I didn't look inside of. Grab n go breakfast offered. Staff was pretty friendly and...

"I paid for a King Size Bed and the WHOLE hotel just have double beds, the lady in the front desk didn’t help me at all. She said that the hotel was sold out, I told her That I need a bigger bed because its impossible that was a king size bed, it was smaller than a full bed. I heard people screaming outside my room couple of times at 3 am. Terrible "

"Pretty decent room for a one night stay. Had some staining on the blankets/pillow cases but other than that, everything else was clean and put together. Definitely could use some updates but no complaints others than you can hear every footstep of the people above you and the pool was out of service and that was not made known before hand (we were not using it anyway but I feel that could be inconvenient for others.) Free breakfast in the mornings and access to ice machines and vending machines....

"The person at the desk did not know what he was doing 3 different people checking our rooms were not paid and our cards were declined. The guest in front of me waited 3 hours for the guy to figure out what he was doing wrong. I waited an hour to get checked in. it was 10:30 at night. Ultimately he wasn’t doing something right to check people in. "

"The staff was super friendly and this is no reflection on them. Our room had suffered water damage and shouldn’t have been rented until properly restored, especially with costing nearly $200 per night. We sought out what we thought would be a higher end stay and we’re disappointed by that."

"We were disappointed with the new updates to the hotel. The mattress sagged in the middle. Housekeeping is every other day unless requested. Our room wasn’t ready at a 5 pm check in. Then we didn’t have towels. All things were easily rectified except the sinking mattress."
