"Our stay was incredible! The property is beautiful and the rooms and common areas feel like home. The proximity to town and to Denison University can’t be beat. Our stay was top notch and we would 100% stay at the Granville Inn again!"

"Low water pressure,not a very good shower head! Grab bar by shower was very loose not stable!Also mechanical mechanism to engage from bathtub to shower was not working properly!Hotel was very hard to get in touch with with directly. No one answered the phone after making many calls!"

"There were blood stsins on the sheets, food in the fridge, human and pet hair on the floor and sheets. The sprinkler was encased in hair and dust. We did not stay and went elsewhere."

"Reserved 2 queen beds and they decided to “upgrade” us to a King. 2 adults and a teen. Not happy and refused partial refund when contacted by me and Expedia who I booked under. Breakfast was far from good. Bacon undercooked and eggs not even heated well. Only went to that town to buy some merch from Smile More Laundry and Tan."

"It was just an old looking building and it smell weird inside the room and the curtains smelled too, shower head was extremely gross like the seriously need to put new, better ones. Everything else was good and clean"

"The hotel itself was great, but the staff is absolutely incredible. We arrived late and the younger gentleman at the front desk was in such a good mood and made our check-in process super easy. We had four rooms and he had us checked in and into our rooms within 5 to 6 minutes of arriving. The next morning we met the staff at the café that was also fantastic. I was blown away by whoever is hiring at this location. Kudos to you! I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Check in was a smooth process. The room in general was clean but one of the beds has stains on the blankets and the tub was out dated and looked dirty. The ac unit was super loud and also very outdated we didnt use it overnight"

"The hotel is under construction so there was a lot of dust. The hallways are being wallpapered so it doesn't look great. The room however was fine. Clean and ready to be used. The lobby was under plastic when we arrived at 4:30pm but by breakfast the next morning it was "put back together", mostly usable which was good. The staff was nice...gave us water bottles upon arrival which is always appreciated."
