Everything was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Despite a wedding being hosted while we were there, it barely impacted our visit. Would definitely recommend / stay again.

The accommodations were good. We were able to check in early in order to get ready for a gathering with family later in the day. However, we had no hot water due to a broken pipe so we had to take cold showers, brrrr!! It would have been nice to receive some reduction in room price for the inconvenience! Also, we were disappointed in the continental breakfast!

We were there with our two teenage daughters to visit Denison University and couldn’t have been happier with the beautiful Inn, comfortable rooms, and close chess to campus. The breakfast was a sweet addition to our stay.

Building has charm and character. Room was clean and well maintained. Proximity to Granville and college is fantastic - both in easy walking distance (as in a few minutes). Breakfast is more than adequate if in a hurry, but it’s better not to miss the local options as they are so close! Note that there wasn’t a lot of working space in our room for laptops etc, but they have a nice little study for that kind of thing. Would look forward to staying there again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful weekend at Granville Inn! Beautiful hotel with gorgeous landscape. The property is well maintained and offers outdoor seating for breakfast or sitting out under the lights! The staff are very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The rooms are very clean and updated bathrooms! The only recommendation that I would make is to offer mini refrigerator in the room. Wonderful stay and would love to return someday!

Our time there was ruined by these things: No parking due to a wedding. Had to park down the street. Shower was tiny and water leaked all over the floor creating a slipping hazard. HVAC unit in room came on every 5 min. keeping us awake all night. Garbage and Delivery truck came at 5am. producing obnoxious noise. Fireplace in lobby did not work. No coffee or refrigerator in room. Staff was rude and was un-apologetic about our uncomfortable stay. We will stay at the Buxton next time. NEVER again at Granville!!!!!!!!!

Lovely place to stay in Granville. Nice clean room and wonderful breakfast. The only issue we had was there were some old pipes that made some noise at night. I slept fine, but it bothered my husband a little. We were bummed the old bar across the street was closed for renovations, but what a cute, tiny town. We enjoyed walking around and seeing the university and community.

A historic property with nicely appointed rooms. The continental breakfast is ok but could be better. Housekeeping seems to do more of a cursory job. My hand wash, body wash and tissues were never replenished for my stay - unclear why.
