Excellent stay, hotel does exactly what it promises. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us with bookings, providing local knowledge, and even sharing their food and drink with us while waiting for laundry (a free service). Very happy with our stay (kids say it was the best!)

The hotel is located in a great spot! It’s very easy to do some shopping and head back to your hotel- the room was very clean and spacious, but the best part was the staff, they were extremely nice and helpful with EVERYTHING from tips on where to visit to setting up a driver for us! They made us feel very comfortable and there are also a lot of good snacks at the front desk- I would definitely recommend and stay here again. :)

Cute little hotel in an amazing location! If you want to experience the charm of staying in a traditional Beijing hutong, this is the place. I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was wonderful—especially Sherry, who was incredibly kind and helpful. They even did my laundry for free, which was such a nice surprise! Even though the hotel is in a busy area, you really don’t hear the outside noise, which was a big plus. The only thing to keep in mind is that the walls are a little thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend bringing earplugs as you may hear some noise from the other rooms. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were super friendly and helpful . The room was very clean. The location is great, you can eat and shop as soon as you walk out the hotel. They also offer complimentary laundry services, which is so nice to have when you’re on vacation.

Hotel moderno medio escondido en un hutong superturístico. El personal fue extremadamente amable y me ayudó constantemente. El único pero es que el wifi no tiraba bien por ser una planta baja. La lavandería gratuita es un plus!

The staff was nice but the property was noticeably tired (chipped paint, scratched furniture, etc.). The bathroom also had a bad smell coming from the drains (although this seems to be common in China). Overall, it is OK - clean and conveniently located - but for the price you can probably do better.

Great little hotel. Super friendly and efficient staff. Their English is passable, better than some 5 star hotels in Beijing and they were always keen to help. Rooms comfortable and spacious, if not luxurious. My room had a nice balcony with chairs and that was nice. The hotel itself is in a pedestrian only street and so there is a 5 min walk from where Didi out a taxi can drop you off. The walk is flat, week lit and wow 3 entertaining do no real problem. 5G reception is good. The wifi is also good and quick. Very central, with many restaurants, bars, shops within ready walking distance. Rooftop terrace bar is s nice touch and they gave a voucher to try it. Fun.

We had an excellent day at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They have a free laundry service, which was very helpful. The hotel is located in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean, and we loved the walk-in shower. They provided us with a hospitality tray upon arrival, and they had delicious tea in the lobby every day.

Grâce à l'emplacement de cet hôtel et au personnel de la réception, notre séjour s'est merveilleusement bien déroulé. L'accueil, la gentillesse et la qualité de service ont participé à faire de notre escapade un moment très réussi. Nous reviendrons certainement dans cet hôtel quand nous planifierons notre prochain voyage en Chine, tant la situation géographique, le charme du quartier et l'accueil nous ont plu. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Pékin et prévoyons en effet de découvrir d'autres villes lors d'un prochain voyage. Merci à toute l'équipe !

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling with my family and the hotel was simply perfect. Right in the middle of a buzzing pedestrian area. The receptionists were so helpful, they organized tours, provided with all the info we needed. Having the laundry done was also a great bonus. Highly recommended

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable du début à la fin du séjour. La chambre n’est pas immense mais elle est fonctionnelle et propre . Un service de blanchisserie gratuit est proposé chaque jour ce qui fut pour nous très pratique. La localisation de l’hôtel est juste parfaite pour visiter la ville . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

My family and I only stayed one night. So not much for me to tell. However, overall, the staff and hotel was way more comfortable and the cleanliness way more then I expected. I would greatly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is hard to locate, you have to enter where a Starbucks is and it is across the hall, my only issue with my stay here was finding it. Anna and Mia at the desk were fantastic. The hotel has water, coffee and tea. Beds and baths are very nice. The hotel is on a street that is walkable with subway stations withing a few mins. Absolutely would stay here again.

Such a convenient location to all the landmarks. You’re in the middle of Nanguluo Street and all the best food and sight right by your fingertips. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and they change the seasonal tea with the herbs best for the season.
