Excellent stay, hotel does exactly what it promises. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us with bookings, providing local knowledge, and even sharing their food and drink with us while waiting for laundry (a free service). Very happy with our stay (kids say it was the best!)

The staff were super friendly and helpful . The room was very clean. The location is great, you can eat and shop as soon as you walk out the hotel. They also offer complimentary laundry services, which is so nice to have when you’re on vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I was traveling with my family and the hotel was simply perfect. Right in the middle of a buzzing pedestrian area. The receptionists were so helpful, they organized tours, provided with all the info we needed. Having the laundry done was also a great bonus. Highly recommended

Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable du début à la fin du séjour. La chambre n’est pas immense mais elle est fonctionnelle et propre . Un service de blanchisserie gratuit est proposé chaque jour ce qui fut pour nous très pratique. La localisation de l’hôtel est juste parfaite pour visiter la ville . Je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

My family and I only stayed one night. So not much for me to tell. However, overall, the staff and hotel was way more comfortable and the cleanliness way more then I expected. I would greatly recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is hard to locate, you have to enter where a Starbucks is and it is across the hall, my only issue with my stay here was finding it. Anna and Mia at the desk were fantastic. The hotel has water, coffee and tea. Beds and baths are very nice. The hotel is on a street that is walkable with subway stations withing a few mins. Absolutely would stay here again.

I stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is excellent — convenient and close to everything I needed. But the highlight of my stay was the incredible help from Ella. Thanks to her, I was able to retrieve my phone that I’d accidentally left in a taxi. She went above and beyond, and I am truly grateful for her kindness and quick action. Thank you, Ella, for turning a stressful moment into a relief. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return someday.

4 personer på et ret lille værelse. Men det fungerede. Hotellet har ikke morgenmad, men en Starbuck lige overfor. Hotellet ligger midt i en gågade i Old Beijing - meget centralt. Mange spisesteder i området. Utrolig venligt personale og de vil gøre rigtig meget for at give dig et god ophold.

The room was cleaned everyday, and the staff was extremely friendly. They greeted us every time we walk down from our room or walk into the hotel. On our check in day they delivered fresh fruit plate to our door which was really lovely. The location is also convenient as it is located in the middlef of south luo gu north gate alley. There was many shops located along the alley hence it made shopping experience more fun-filled. The hotel also provide laundry service and we are able to get our clothes back by the end of the day. I would 100% recommend this hotel!!

Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had! Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours. Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter. Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs!

This hotel is located in nan luo guxiang food street, surrounded by countless restaurant options—my friend loved it so much. it's within walking distance to many attractions, making the location incredibly convenient. The front desk staff helped us book tickets for the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square, and they even offer complimentary laundry service. They'll deliver your clean clothes to your room—super convenient! I feel I made the right choice and highly recommend it.

Amazing!! Can't rate this hotel highly enough! The location is great, right in the middle of numerous shops, restaurants, coffee bars, food stalls & night market; with easy walking distance / accessibility to all the key sites. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need & they even provide a free laundry service. Staff are fabulous, helpful, professional & friendly & i felt so welcome. Huge thank you to Mia, Dana & a number of other staff who I who sadly don't have their names. The hotel was a safe comfortable base, in a perfect location, with a great feel. Would highly recommend.

My friend and I booked this hotel for our trip. Its location is extremely convenient, inside the food street. We walked to Houhai for morning exercise and witnessed a stunning sunrise. The hotel boasts an excellent location, and their staff are incredibly helpful—they assisted me in purchasing train tickets to Xi'an, call taxis for me, and even offered complimentary laundry service. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice and have already recommended it to my friends. Thank you!

Our recent week-long stay at the Forbidden City Hotel in Beijing truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for. Their level of hospitality was exceptional. Every interaction was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The manager and her team went above and beyond to assist us, especially when it came to arranging tours, coordinating drivers, and ensuring our transportation to the train station was seamless. That level of support made our entire trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Right in the middle with the locals. The location was perfect for exploring Beijing and the amenities were wonderful. One of the standout touches for us was the complimentary laundry service, which was incredibly convenient during our stay. What truly sets this hotel apart is the hotel staff. The kindness, professionalism, and care shown by the staff made this experience unforgettable. We absolutely recommend the Forbidden City Hotel to anyone visiting Beijing, and we will most definitely be booking with them again on our next trip.

The room was very clean, cozy, and with complete toiletries. Everything was provided! The laundry is free of charge. When we arrived, Ana met us by the North gate with a warm smile. She helped us carry our luggages to the hotel, then Lynn put them directly to our room. Since we arrived late, they offered us something to eat which was a very thoughtful gesture. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - Ava, Yulia, Mia, Dana, Ana, Lynn, etc. They made us feel very special until we left the hotel!!! My family and I are strongly recommending this hotel because it is not only located at the heart of tourist hubs (near the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square), but it consists of staff with big hearts!!!
