I booked an Elite studio at this so called “boutique” hotel. Please be aware there is no TV and kitchen facilities are limited, be prepared to go back and forth to get what you initially thought you would get when booking. The cooker did not work properly, a kitchen with no kitchen facilities, room did not have TV. When given one after repeated back and forth to reception it was not for foreign users which I only discovered after my son and myself tried to use it. The TV in the public room doesn’t work either. Bathroom shower tiles and floor looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Was offered an upgrade but was given the same room. Some lights in both rooms did not work. One light switch in particular in the second room was glitching and made sparking sound from the switch.the kitchen and wardrobes were all locked and again had to complain to get access to them. They advised me I could use the public room which was why I booked a room with kitchen facilities to avoid doing that and the fact that it was on another floor.
Upon trying to navigate ourselves around the hotel I stumbled across a big orange board outside one of the internal entrances stating the following;
“RISK WARNING”
“ The Landlord has initiated legal recovery procedures due to Stey's long-term default on rent and property management fee payment. Guests are advised to be aware of the risks and avoid losses.
January 16, 2026”
I was not made aware of this prior to making the booking either. Be aware!
