"Staff is wonderful "

"Our rooms were spotlessly clean and the attention to detail with towels etc. The breakfast was so good a great buffet and we also had dinner their....A very big thank you to BEN and PETER that had been amazing, for there help in organizing a taxi for our pick up in Shanghai, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a taxi organised, it was there, again thank goodness their is good staff that do a great job...."

"One of the best hotels nove stayed in China. The room is very spacious, clean and attended daily by the housekeeping team. The rain shower was perfect and the bed very comfy. Nice breakfast with a good range of food to choose from. The location couldn’t be more perfect, being just three minutes walk from the Bell Tower. But what really stood out was the reception team. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and not even the language barrier was an issue for them, since we could easily communicate through translator apps. Very polite and always receiving guests with a smile, and that makes all the difference for good reasons. I totally recommend the hotel and would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Xi’an. Thanks for everything team. I had the best time in Xi’an and you contributed with that for sure."

"A very nice hotel. Perfect location if you want to walk to most things. It is right next to the wall at the part where it is most interesting. Nobody can speak English, but they used a translation app, and it worked fine. Breakfast is very Chinese and not one we like, but it was cheap. I would pick this hotel again if we return to Xi'an."

"Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
