"The staff does not speak English but will use a translator on their device so it helps. Rooms are spacious, aircon worked. It was 9 degrees Celsius outside and we told them room too cold. They sent a heater fan which was good. Faint sound of planes of some of my fellow travelers said they didn't hear it in the room."

"The property was very clean and nice. Though the room was a bit small, it was till very comfortable. The bed was also comfortable. You can open a small window to let cool air come into the room and there is little noise outside during the night. The staff was excellent, professional and helpful. Breakfast was good, though they could use a little more heat on the stove and the chef's noodle soup was great. Though they only had 2 washers and dryers, it was still big enough to do laundry. "Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed and I have traveled a lot.
First of all, they were not responsive in terms of arranging shuttle service they promised, took two days and 6/7 repeated messages down to the morning of my arrival to confirm pick up.
Then they put me in room 4110, right next to the electric room, the room made a loud banging noise every couple of minutes started 5am. I called them at 6am they promised to send someone to come check the issue, I got up and got dressed...
