Hotel Bisnis di Bel Air

"They changed it a lot and not for the better. They removed their iconic gift shop completely. TV’s in the room don’t face the bed or any seating in the room (very weird). The bar is still expensive, but the food menu has drunk. They have downsized a lot. I was extremely disappointed with the stay. The Hotel Bel Air is not the iconic place it once was, sadly. "

"Yes, we love it. This is the second time we’ve stayed there. We definitely will be using it more in the future. The only thing I was disappointed in and I don’t think this had anything to do with the property was when I called the reservation number the person at the one 800 number or whatever it was told me they did not have a shuttle that ran from the airport to the hotel. Consequently, we paid $35 for an Uber plus I tipped him another 10 so that’s $45. Anyway, that was very disappointing, but...
