"The suite we had, included a combo mini washer/dryer (just googled how to use it), along with small dishwasher. They provide basic utensils, dishwashing tabs, detergent tabs. In the basement there is also luggage storage, separated washer, dryers (free). You can also help yourself to free toilet paper, dish soap, tea, sponge etc in the basement. 5th floor there is a small café that is connected to an outdoor pool, same floor there is a yoga studio for a fee. "They provide high quality coffee pods with origin. As a coffee lover, I really enjoy to spend morning with a cup of coffee and stroopwaffls. Apartment with two bedrooms was spacious, with everything you need for stay and cooking at home. The hotel hosts were polite and very helpful. I will stay in this place again. The bonus of this location is that very close to train station Zuid and therefore to everything else by train or subway. Highly recommended this place!"

"Great location next to Rotterdam Centraal! Was able to walk across the street to use Eurostar train back to London. Secure, clean and close to eating places. We did have a problem finding parking. GPS routed us the back where the parking was, but thought it was blocked and couldn’t reach it. After several tries around the area, was able to find a spot & walk in for directions. They were very helpful & was able to park in their garage."
