Hotel Keluarga di Belek

"Das einzig Positive an diesem Hotel waren die freundlichen und bemühten Mitarbeiter. Die Anlage, der Strand und insbesondere die Zimmer sind leider sehr heruntergekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Am Strand- und Poolbereich waren teilweise offene Elektrokabel zu sehen, was ich als sehr bedenklich empfinde. Die Zimmer waren sehr alt, dunkel und kaum ausreichend beleuchtet. Auch die Abendanimation war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Wer abends gerne noch etwas unternehmen oder Unterhaltung im Hotel...

"This hotel is bad. Room was clean and air conditioning worked, however we stayed there 11 days, and the room was cleaned only 2x for our entire stay. We switched rooms twice and we saw a dead cockroach in two rooms (one in the room we were suppose to move to and another in the room we stayed) The spa didn’t work, the restaurant was only open during breakfast, no other time was food available at hotel. Breakfasts was very basic, only boiled eggs and cold cuts, only hot food was French fries....

"Wir wissen jetzt schon: Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder! Unser Start war etwas holprig. Zunächst bekamen wir ein barrierefreies Zimmer, obwohl wir ein Classic Village gebucht hatten. Dadurch ging etwas Zeit mit Warten, Reklamieren und Zimmerwechsel verloren. Auch die Classic Village Zimmer haben uns nicht überzeugt, sie sind klein, dunkel und in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechen nicht dem, was wir von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarten. "Excellent accommodations and great daily activities and entertainment. Food was amazing - delicious and a great variety! Our family very much enjoyed our vacation at this resort. The only critical comment is the transportation arrangement. The hotel is good about calling a taxi for you, but taxi drivers do not use a meter. The price is set by a "manager" at a hotel entrance. It seems 30 euro is the minimum even if your destination is 10 min away. And they also ask for tips of 5 euro. This wasn't...

"We had a wonderful stay at Regnum Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the service was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and everything was well organized. A great experience for families, and we would definitely love to visit again."
