"We were looking forward to using the pool that the website offers and when we got there they said it was not working, we asked the front desk lady and she it was not working but we can get in it if we wanted, made no sence. I asked for a refund and she said I was not eligible for one. Then I get to the room and I like to air out the room so I open the window and there is no window screen on it, I had kids with me if they would of opened they could of fallen out. The shower valve was backwards, hot was cold and cold was hot. Though there was no hot water but that was the problem. Staff was not welcoming needs improvement. "
