From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, our stay was exceptional. Every single person we encountered made us feel genuinely welcomed. The beautiful décor and ambiance set the tone immediately, but it was the incredible staff that truly made this hotel unforgettable.
A special thank you to our valet team, Noah at check-in, and everyone at the fifth-floor restaurant. The service was attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight of our stay—not only were the views absolutely breathtaking, especially at night, but I also had the best appetizer I’ve ever had at a hotel restaurant.
The next morning we returned for brunch and enjoyed the same spectacular views in daylight. Alexandria took wonderful care of us and made the experience just as memorable with outstanding service.
One of the things we appreciated most was that so many amenities were included with our stay. We loved the beautiful pool, the well-equipped fitness center, and the fact that weekend yoga classes are offered at no additional cost. It made the experience feel like a true getaway rather than just a hotel stay.
The rooms were incredibly comfortable, and the robes and slippers were such a thoughtful luxury touch. Every detail—from the décor and amenities to the exceptional hospitality—made us feel relaxed and cared for.
