"Very good beds and pillows. Free Netflix on large screen TV. Free breakfast every morning. Good breakfast menu. Staff is very service oriented. Free parking. Beautiful pool. Top floor bar. Free toothbrush, tooth paste, & slippers. No mini-fridge in room, but a refrigerator, microwave, & hot/cold water despenser is located at end of hallway. No electrical outlet in bathroom. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel if you are unable to lodge at The Henry Resort Hotel."

"Really loved the staff, so friendly and accommodating! The location was sweet 🙂. Near the main street and easy to find and access. The room we got was meh. No windows in a family room felt too tight and claustrophobic. There was a main bedroom that had windows but the other “bedroom” was actually just a space with a bunk bed. The unit was also not directly accessible to the pool. The kitchen was complete, we used that area a lot. We never figured out how to use the tv, I think there should...

"Rooms are very tidy. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Breakfast (free) are made to order. Place is in the heart of downtown and public market is just a couple of blocks away. I highly recommend Hotel Palwa.👍"

"Always good VFM and close to city centre. Although a bit smaller the downstairs rooms are just as good as the family room. So book smaller room with small charge for extra bed."

"Great location close to the local restaurants, shops, and the walking path at the water. The large apartment gave us the space we needed to stay with family. The kitchen area is small, we purchased a few key items at DIY to make it more functional for us (sharp knife, spatula, towel). The swimming pool is refreshing and was empty when we were there. Washing machine in the unit is very useful. Hopefully they will add a rack to hang the clothes do drying."

"Bedroom, bathroom is very disappointing, no complimentary bottled water, had to ask for water since faucet water is non potable . We only stayed one night, had to move to another place. The remaining nights we have to forfit."
