"We stayed for one night checked in late and out early and my son was bitten over a dozen times during the night all over his body. The hotels response was rather inappropriate and concerning. See below: They refused to offer any compensation and asserted that we should have known to purchase repellent from the vending machine. We have traveled all over Europe and never experienced this type of treatment. We were not told at check-in that this may occur and never dreamed of purchasing repellent...

Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet.Die Zimmern sind super gut ausgestattet, inklusive Küche, sogar die Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Ein kostenloser Kaffevollautomat befindet sich in der Nähe von der Rezeption, bietet verschiedene Sorten an Kaffee an. Wasserspender ist auch vorhanden. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich würde Hotel gerne weiter empfehlen."
