"Pleasant stay"

"thin walls...breakfast was bad, room smelled like smoke"

"Clean and comfortable room. One front desk concierge was very helpful and addressed issues happily. Other front desk concierge was not happy or helpful. Plenty of free parking."

"Staff on check-in were okay but not overly friendly. Cabinet in kitchen I could not reach where it was placed in the kitchen."

"Room wasn't very clean, musty smell. Furniture was worn. Light over sink didn't work. Ok for a brief overnight on a trip but if I had to stay there more for than a few hours sleep I wouldn't be happy."

"The staff was very accommodating, helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable, although we couldn’t see past the pavilion tent, so didn’t get the view of the river. The breakfast was outstanding, and the parking area worked very well."

"For a somewhat modestly priced hotel, this one is a winner. Modern, stylish, immaculate. My room was in perfect shape in all regards, and filled with thoughtful touches in the bathroom. A nice breakfast is included, and that only adds to the ease of things. They even have parking spaces with roofing overhead. Altogether, a most delightful hotel that I heartily recommend."

"The hotel was very clean and the rooms were some of the most comfortable I’ve been in. The pool was closed for maintenance. That would have been helpful to know before hand. The laundry facilities was hard to find and had to get a code to get into the room. Loved we were right by some great shopping and near the interstate."

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

"The room wasn’t clean at all. The sheets on the bed were all torn up to shreds. I checked the mattress and saw what looked to be a dead bug in the mattress protector. I didn’t have a choice on time to find another hotel, so I stayed. It just wasn’t clean at all the table tops were dirty and the floor and walls were stained with stuff. I wouldn’t recommend at all."

"Everything about my stay was fabulous, I really love the idea of having a full kitchen, except there was no can opener in the kitchen, but compared to other places that I have stayed in, no where compares to this hotel. I needed an early check in and was able to do so with no problem at all. I would recommend the Resident Inn to anyone who is traveling and wants a top notch place to stay. All I can say is, comfortable, clean, quiet, very good breakfast, staff members are very helpful and...

"The property and staffs are great. I love it. But there is almost no public transportation nearby. Very inconvenient."

"This particular night wasn’t great because of the guests in room 169 who were loud with people coming in and out the room, banging on the door until at least 1am. I did end up leaving and coming back the next morning just to check out. Other than that, the stay is usually always great."
