"I have never had the valet/bell desk at a hotel of this caliber be so dismissive. To actually just let me take my bags out of the car, not say hello, not ask if they can assist is mind blowing. And then when I’m leaving and ask them to hail me a cab for the airport and they say ask the front desk? Somewhat surprising. It’s a beautiful location, views are solid, rooms are a little spartan for a five star BUT the quality is still there.

"The hotel was fine. No one picked up the phone anytime we called before we got there and it is not a very kids friendly hotel. I would say for luxury it definitely was very luxurious but it was not very kids friendly."
