"Property was quite tired in places and not brilliantly laid out with accommodation across three towers and maybe 15 floors. Only four bedrooms per floor so you spend an inordinate amount of time waiting for lifts which are slow and very wobbly. We got stuck in one on one day but staff came relatively quickly to get us out. There’s lots on with some form of entertainment every couple of hours. Drinks are very generously poured. Food was ok. "This is a lovely place once you find it - it’s a bit off the beaten track. Nice gardens and setting but nobody there. The housekeeper met us as we arrived at midday but she didn’t know which room we were supposed to be in so sent us away and said check in was at 2. Our room was big enough with nice bathroom and separate terrace which opened onto the garden and

area. Another couple arrived about 8.30 the following night and nobody was there to meet them. Reviews mention wonderful hosts but...

"Nice and clean almost looks like a futuristic hospital. Daughter kept referring to it as the Pyschosphera. Breakfast was really good, lots of options. Coffee kinda sucked, never really hot, forget about a proper cappuccino. Just order it from the bar and pay the difference. Didn't like that they charged for every little thing. Want to swim? Have to buy a cap and flip flops. No tea or water in our "basic room". No bathroom privacy, no conditioner, no vent for bathroom steam. Pillows really did...

"First time staying with my elderly gran . Great location nice view of beach , sea . Customers were mainly older Spanish but a generally friendly place safe and tranquil but next to everything you need . Cleaning staff were friendly did a good job Restaurant staff were tremendous very courteous very accomodatijg , allowed and provided meals for me to take to gran in room as she wasn’t able to go down at night . The let us in early for a light breakfast on morning of departure .
