"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"Wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. But before the negative, the positive: it’s an absolutely GORGEOUS hotel half an hour from the airport! You get the beach, the views and a natural oasis in the middle of the city. The grounds are truly beautiful! It’s definitely magical place that has worked to preserve nature.
The negative: Requested a non-smoking room, but managed to get a smoke filled room. Booked the standard junior suite with tub and called out the request for a tub - no tub. I feel like there...
