If you are a No Frills, no amenities type of traveler then this place is fine. Expected Internet And it was out for More than 24 hours. We expected a fitness room And there Was none. My room got overlooked and was not cleaned. On one day one the jacuzu was not available. When it became available the following day the water was cold - never heated up. Service was Okay but building was definitely lacking. it was an accident waiting to happen with Loose railings, and Things that did not look safe. Also elevator was out of order and there are areas under renovation. Wish i new that ahead of time!!!

Convenient and safe location in Colonial District and blocks from numerous restaurants and historic sites. Room was spacious and clean and staff was very nice but we didn't speak Spanish and staff didn't speak English. Very nice experience.

We chose this hotel for a romantic one-night stay because of its location in Zona Colonial, which is excellent for walking to restaurants, shops, and historic attractions. The colonial architecture and rooftop terrace are beautiful, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. However, our experience was somewhat mixed. Check-in was a bit disorganized and our room was not ready upon arrival. While the room looked charming at first, we noticed a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, including a leaking shower, a non-working safe, and mosquitoes entering the room from the nearby trees. Breakfast was also quite minimal. Overall, the location and historic character are great, but improved upkeep, smoother check-in, and more accurate photos online would make the experience better.

The interior looked neglected. I struggled to communicate with front desk person. The place did not match my comfort level. Elevator under maintenance. Had to walk stairs and carry my suitcase. The bathroom looked like hell. How presented online does not match reality, not even close. They need to close and renovate.

Las habitaciones son grandes, el baño está de muy buen tamaño y la presión del agua así como la temperatura se regula muy bien. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien y no pasamos calor. Los dos comentarios para mejorar, son que en la habitación 12 se agradecería una cortina black out, también una luz central ya que solo hay luz indirecta. black out y la ubihabitdirecta ayudaría.

The room was fine, but the property does not have parking. The on-site parking referred to is on street and not reserved. The parking is limited and the streets are narrow and busy. We had to park a few streets away and walk for about 5 mins to get back to the hotel. I would suggest not coming with a car.
