My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel. Everything about it was great, we'll be back next year. The staff was great, specially Ana Patricia at the front desk and the other young lady that checked us in, which I don't remember the name.

The rooms and facilities are very old and need a lot of maintenance, the staff was amazing, the breakfast was good, the dinner was bad, there was a lot of noise near the bedrooms, a housekeeping open my bedroom door while I was still in bed at 7 un the morning, very unprofessional.

Went with my family for Easter/spring break week! The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious (definitely better than the all inclusives we’ve gone to). And although it was on the smaller side, it made the experience more intimate/lowkey (which we enjoyed)!

Property is very clean, staff is always around cleaning and setting things right. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. There is food available 24hrs a day, and the sports bar is open 24/7. The beach is large and clean with many chaise lounges. There is a pool bar, a beach bar, a garden bar and the Sports bar. A disco adjacent to the sports bar is open every night.

We had a great week. This is our 6th time to DR and have a lot to compare to. All staff were genuinely nice and helpful except the guy distributing the towels. Doesn’t hurt to smile. The buffet was ok with a nice selection of seafood. The restaurants were above average. We always found loungers no matter the time of day. One negative, our room, and towels, were not attended to every day. We had to make several calls to have staff accommodate our room needs.

The resort is absolutely spotless. The staff is cleaning everywhere every day. Most of the staff is very friendly and responsive. Breakfast is probably the best meal of the day. The food is good but if you are expecting American style and flavor, then this is not the resort for you. This was our second stay here. Our only complaint is the LOUD SCREAMING into a microphone every single night outside your window. No matter where you are along the beach front, you are going to hear it. This is the “entertainment” provided by the resort!! For this reason and this reason alone, we probably will not return to this resort.

In my opinion, the food at the buffet was better than the one at the "specialty restaurants". We ate at the Mediterranean restaurant, and the portions are small, like on cruises, but I understand since it is a 3-course meal. Also at that same restaurant, I ordered a creme brulee for dessert, and what they gave me didn't look like the traditional creme brulee where you crack the caramelized sugar on top; the texture/consistency was more solid than creamy. But again, the buffet had a lot of options, and the food was good. The staff was awesome and nice.

We really enjoyed our time here, the location was amazing and everyone was friendly. We had no issues with the wifi, the food was decent with good variety Some things that would have made our vacation better was; more staff that speak English; our experience was the head dining room staff and the concierge staff spoke English but everyone else was hard to speak to/ask questions of (I speak very minimal Spaish, but recognize that a larger Spanish vocabulary would have helped as well). Nicer pillows would have been very nice(ours were very lumpy). Working hot tub would have been nice.
