"We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Lake which was both unexpected and much enjoyed. The concierge Gabriel was very cheerful and helpful with local recommendations. The breakfast was extensive."

"Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side."

"Property was in a lovely setting. Room was small but lovely. Be mindful though, we were told when we checked in that because we'd booked through Expedia we would have to pay nearly £15 each for breakfast. Seemed a bit unfair as we had still booked a room at their hotel and probably wouldn't have known it existed without it being on Expedia."

"Helpful staff, especially night porter. Lovely big room overlooking River Ness, enjoyed our stay and a good catch for a last minute booking."

"On the whole it was a good stay. But when we ate at the restaurant they included a gratuity on the bill but then asked me to press an option on the card machine as if to intend to be given another tip on top of what I already was paying for. Not great practise. We didn’t have the breakfast as I thought 16.95 was overpriced. There are cheaper options in the village."
