"Although room was remodeled, floor was dirty and sticky. Bathtub was dirty and cracked, while toilet was unstable.
The main problem was we found and took photo of bedbug incident which we reported immediately to the property staff. The property manager called the proprietor who apologized and assured us that our stay will be compensated.
Three weeks since the incident, nothing received.
Messaged the hotel twice through Expedia and not a single response.
