"Clean room & quiet rooms!!! Thank God!! The bathroom doors were annoying. Only one side worked, & they were narrow with wide slits. Not much privacy when with older kids."

"The room was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was very nice including the Northern Pines wait staff. A small complaint the step to get in the side door-the hallway to the pool, is pretty steep a hazard hopefully it can be corrected."

"Unit 30 is great! Middle of the property, a.doxen steps up to unit, no accessibility ramp. Nice forest view, two fireplaces (one in primary), full kitchen, primary with onsuite. Two rooms upstairs -did not have/need access but guest book indicates kids that have stayed love it up there - one room has a patio (above hottub and you can see thru the slats). Hottub accessible from primary suite and living/great room. "
