"Although the room was very small, it was nice. It was a pleasant surprise to have plenty of outlets. The stainless steel bathroom was clean. The shower was very nice with hot water and rain shower stream. The bed was thankfully hard. All around a nice room."

"perfect location, big room and easy check in/out"

"I'm not a stranger to small rooms. I've stayed in a pod hotel in NYC before, so I was prepared for a small space. It took me by surprise how small it actually was though. My daughter and I walked into our bunk bed room with our two small roller bags, and had difficulty closing the door. It was tiny! "This hotel was absolutely terrible. Our stay was a complete disappointment, and we had a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel did not meet our expectations, and we were very dissatisfied with our stay."

"Great service and close to what we wanted to do."

"Highly recommend this hotel !"

"The room is so clean. Staffs are very passionate and patient."

"The staff were very kind. The room was very small but clean with nice amenities. They definitely do the best with what they have. It’s in a bit of a sketchy area at night. I was alone so it was fine and met my needs but I wouldn’t bring my family there. Kind, clean and well maintained in a bit undesirable location."

"Aside from the convenient transportation, I really can’t think of any other redeeming qualities."

"Good location for my purposes."

"Room was small as expected for a hotel room in manhattan, but clean. bed springs were loud and you can hear honking from the street. The area is relatively quiet though. You can hear everything from neighbors including door slamming, footsteps, and conversations. Staff were very nice overall. Location was convenient, by the 1 and not far from A/C."

"Great Location"
