"The staff was friendly and quick with check-in. We loved the food store selection since we had to eat that for dinner due to the tornado warnings. The room was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was filled with a variety of hot and cold food. The hot food was sausage patties, breakfast potatoes with peppers, egg patties, oatmeal, waffles, and toast. "The building is older and not kept up well. The outlet next to the sink didn't work, the TV remote was broken, very noisy bathroom fan, and a number of other small things related to an older building that has not been properly kept up to date. The staff was helpful with some extra towels and the bathroom seemed clean. "

"The room was very clean, great variety for breakfast, lady at the desk was very efficient. A little issue with parking only because work crews had their trucks and equipment there and they took up a lot of the parking spots. Would be very nice if they could lower the price."

"Booked a last minute reservation in the evening. Upon arriving I was met with the front desk employee (Sherry) who was extremely rude during the entire time while I was trying to check in. Very unprofessional and was using her personal cell phone. Tried to state my payment was declined and requested an additional payment without looking into my reservation. Wanted to dismiss me quickly only until another employee came and helped me. If this hotel wasn't a last resort, I would have booked...

"Staff were not very informative. Handed us the room key and we navigated our way on our own. First impression, garbage was more than overflowing right at the receptionists desk. Our room's sink was cracked, be careful where one walks on the carpet in the halls, some is torn or rippled, broken telephone key pad on phone in the room. "

"All was really well! Room was nice, beds were nicer than most other hotels we’ve stayed at. Used the pool area- hot tub and one of the water buckets didn’t work- but other than that nice for little family. Used workout area- that was nice. The breakfast was a big hit. Only downfall was the very VERY strong smell of weed that lingered in the hallway."
