"Stay was great"

"Very clean rooms. Bed pretty soft. Pillows were great. Parking was easy. Pool was very nice. Only complaint people above us were pacing back and forth and stomping till at least 11:30, then up at 4 am, stomping and then heard shower door slam. Other than that, was easy to get to restaurants and where I needed to be the next morning."

"The lobby and common areas, especially the floors, were really dirty. The room floors also had spills on them (tile floors) that were never cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was of very poor quality -- we ate there only once during a 4 day stay. The upside was the friendly staff. I would not stay in this hotel again."

"The hotel was good. We had a few issues but the staff took care of it immediately they were very helpful and courteous. Everyone spoke and smiled. The only thing that wasn’t good was the breakfast. I don’t eat pork and food tastes horrible. They said they were going to serve turkey and they had pork sausages instead is very dangerous to someone who doesn’t eat pork, but I bring my own turkey products just in case things like this happen. I wish they had a hot tub in that hotel the other ones...

"The decor & furniture were unique. Going for the vintage look, boarded on old. The room was infested with flies. Spent a lot of time killing huge flies. There was only sheets on the bed. No blanket, when we asked for a blanket they said there wasn’t any in the hotel! What hotel doesn’t provide a blanket? Front desk employees very rude. Oven was broken so no breakfast. Room was very musty smelly. Not worth the money."

"Hotel itself is well-appointed on the surface however there are some flaws. The courtyard is a great place to hang out but you get locked out of the pool area and can't get back in with a room key without walking all the way around. The hotel has a self-pour beverage station but you must provide ID to the front desk to purchase a card to use it and they cut you off at $20 which doesn't even get you 2 full drinks. Each person has to have their own card so to get a drink for my husband and I, I...
