"We only stayed here for one night but our stay was super comfortable. The rooms and the hotel building overall smelled so nice and was maintained very well. It looked like it was renovated recently. The staff was kind and helpful and parking was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the breakfast; there were plenty of options enough for all the guests. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you're visiting Pensacola."

"We were assigned a room on the first floor. I asked for a higher floor, but they said there were none available. The drapes were drawn when we went in, and we never open them because our room faced the front of the building. Unfortunately, had we opened the drapes, we probably would've noticed that the window had been left slightly open. "Had a few issues with room. Bathroom tub was peeling but got switch immediately. Otherwise, very clean and budget friendly hotel. Hampton never disappoints. "

"Staff was very nice. Rooms are remolded and beautiful but furniture old and dirty. Bathroom was nasty and towels had hair. It was not bad for the price but I won’t be back."

"The staff was friendly at check in-left early and didn’t see any staff at check out. Breakfast Buffet was tasty and fresh! Lovely kitchen staff! Parking was good and felt safe. Close to lots of places-Great Location. Just needed daily trash removal, coffee/tea refill although they did have it in the lobby 24/7 which was Amazing!! Cleaning staff needs to double check the refrigerator to make sure no one left any items in there. We found a chic fila bag in ours. We would highly recommend this...
