"I’m not sure if the hotel had a lack of staff but I called for towels and never received any, the next day they brought towels shortly after I called again."

"Valet parking was easy and worth the extra money to be able to take your car in and out of it a few times during your stay. Hotel room had great views on the 18th floor with tall ceilings. Room was clean and had everything I needed and lots of space. The bathroom barn door style was sticking at one point and maintenance came immediately to fix it. Friendly staff. Comfy beds great location to shopping, river walk, parks, Navy Pier. no complaints. "

"I was surprised that they only provide paper cups in the room, like a motel. When complained, they told me they would send some glass cups, they never did. Very disappointed by their service. The room was very noisy and the hvac did not work well and kind of noisy. I don’t think i will return. They also charge lots of destination fees for nothing. The bed was very soft, no cabinets or drawers in the room."

"As one of my first solo trips, I was glad to feel very safe and comfortable during my stay. I had requested and paid extra for a lake front room. On the fourth floor I could barely see the lake, but did face the park. Good news and bad news because the street noise was very loud at times. I ate in the dining room both evenings and the service was very good. The second evening my order was incorrect, but was quickly corrected. I couldn't get the shower to work and the showerhead was so high...

If you want a reasonably priced place where you’ll mostly just sleep and spend your days out exploring, this is a great option. The staff was also super friendly and welcoming."
