"I came in super late from my flight being delayed- I was still met with patience and kindness after the online latest check in time. I stayed in a quad shared room and when I got there, everyone was asleep. There was a small space heater that worked well for the space and it was clean throughout. The bed was comfy and I didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all as a young woman. I slept in and everyone was very courteous, I didn’t feel disturbed by my roommates at all. "Great place to stay"

"The breakfast menu was good but I was staying all week and I felt a little entrapped to pay for full breakfasts every morning since I stay there the year prior and there was plenty of complimentary items at the buffet that was included to fill me up. The free breakfast item options were pretty thin. I understand the people from the street walk in and just try and take all the free breakfast buffet but sounds like a security problem and not a guest problem. "

"GREAT view… like amazing, love the complimentary bottled water, love being close to everything (walking distance), and great coffee! Valet is so expensive, but to be expected for Chicago! Energetic and kind staff! "
