He was very kind, helpful, and hard working. He went over and beyond to assist me. He was very informative. He needs to be the executive manager here and I'm sure the place would do better. "I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it."
