"Very close to Fisherman’s Wharf and Lombard street as well as the cable cars. Hotel was very clean. Furniture in rooms is worn and bath tub paint is chipping. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Price is very good for the location."

"I enjoyed the location and the hotel itself very much. My issue was VERY loud neighbors both nights I stayed, particularly the first night. The rooms are lovely but if you have loud neighbors, you will hear everything. And I mean everything. I think this could be easily addressed by letting people know expectations of quiet after 10pm and before 6am and having a way to easily address if someone is being disruptive."

"There was a weird burning plastic smell in the room but it was better after opening the patio door. The fan on the AC wouldn’t keep running so it would get too warm in between the compressor kicking on."
