" Clean room and friendly staff"

"The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. And the bar closes pretty early. "

It was an incredible find and it was an accidental find. Our room was right on the water absolutely beautiful. "Eveyone I interacted with was helpful and kind. The room was nice but the property was in the middle of a renovation, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. Other than that, I will definitely be booking there next time I'm in town."

"This hotel is in the right location if you are staying to attend a baseball game or basketball game. Super clean, really nice rooms and spacious! The down fall, If you arrive right at check out (3pm) your room won’t be ready! I had to wait 45mins because I wanted my two rooms which I reserved together to be next to each other. "

"The bed was fairly uncomfortable, and the pillows were not the best. The shower needs a major upgrade as it had mold growing in between the tiles and around the tub. There is a fee to park your vehicle at the hotel, and the elevators are extremely busy. The air conditioner seemed like it didn’t run very well as it was set at 64, but it was still fairly warm. Calling the property was also very awkward because you get transferred through two automated systems and then a live person who then has to...

"Very well appointed hotel, with lots of courtesies and perks for visitors ( a glass of wine, a breakfast sandwich). Very clean, nicely decorated room with newish furnishings. "

"Staff were great. Buffet looked ok. Shower was pathetic with no pressure. Room was small. Bar closes at 10:00. Bar is expensive. Three bottles of beer and a glass of wine was $87. Room was $272. Our view of 3rd St. was nice. It's ok."

"Parking was easy and valet parking is available. Staff is friendly and check-in was quick and easy. I stayed in a room with a balcony, and enjoyed the view of the nightlife on Broadway. I will definitely be back!"
