"I loved that we had a little patio off the room towards the water. Loved the wine and cheese offered from 5 to 7."

"The property is a bit tired. The landscaping and parking lot need attention. The room was clean. The toilet sat about 6” out away from the wall behind it. There is a lack of attention to details. The room pricing seems high. The breakfast was nice with lots of fresh fruit."

"This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We checked in around 11:00 after driving for over twelve hours. The room we rented the shower did not work and had cockroaches in the tub. They gave us another room which was no better than the first except the shower worked. Someone should inspect these hotels before you list them . This was the 2nd hotel out of the 4 that were unacceptable . The Hyatt House in Pleasant Hill was the best."

"No closet to hang clothes. Need instructions on how to use the tv. Had 2 remotes and no explanation as to what to do with them. Manage to turn it on but difficulty in finding a channel. Eventually just turned it off. Rooms had wooden floors so can hear the occupant next door move the desk chair. Load scraping noise across the floor each time they moved. Truck parked in front of our unit that turned on and rev the big engine at 6am. Ok just to stay 1 or 2 nights but not longer. Some...

"Old hotel. Picked it because of high ratings across over 1,000 clients. Trying to bring rating in line with experience. Old old old. Heat light in bathroom reminded me of Holiday Inn back in 1970’s!"

"I’ll start by saying The Lodge operates best when Leveena is working the front desk. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She took amazing care of my needs as I was recently out of a major surgery and was not able to walk. On her days off, The Lodge seemed understaffed, and certain things did not work smoothly, starting with trying to reach the front desk. "Great location , easy walking all over Sausalito and to hop on ferry to and from SF. Front desk “star” Robin was so helpful with suggestions on great places to eat as well as tending to our timing for coming and going."

"We stayed at the Marin Suites for three nights. It was very clean and well maintained. It is an older property, but that added to the charm of the room. It was quiet even though it is a large property. They had a very nice pool and hot tub area, although we did not use the pool during our stay. "Room was very outdated, black mold on bathroom ceiling and some kid of weird yellowing drip from towel bars. Beds uncomfortable and only 1 pillow provided for each person. Minimal outlets for plugging and charging. Parking is limited and spots are small. The pool is atrocious."

"We only lasted 10 minutes at the motel, then check into another accommodation, we also lost our money this accommodation. Floor was dirty, bed base was ripped, bed cover had cigarette burns and was filthy with stains on it, we pulled the cover back the sheets were dirty, 2 pillows on the bed that were also dirty. Would not recommend this place. Should not be a 2.5 star"
