"To start off, my credit card was charged the full amount for the 5 days we stayed. After a couple nights, I noticed another charge from them that shouldn't have happened. Went to go figure it out and it seemed like the main man didn't want to take responsibility for being the person that checked me in and chRgWe gave them time to figure it out during our stay, to which they did, but something fishy is definitely going on. Secondly, the snack and soda machines were not properly running. The room...

"Room and hallway smelled really bad . Room wasn't the cleanest but doable for one night stay. The entrance to the property wasn't the best! It took a month to get my deposit back! "

"The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake."

I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. "

"We had a terrible experience at this property, so much so that we checked out after only a couple hours on site. The room was absolutely unacceptable in terms of cleanliness: stains on all the furniture, dirt and hair in every corner and black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. The whole propery is run down. The staff, however, was incredibly friendly and helpful."

"Desk clerk Anessa very rude on phone to us before we arrived and again when we checked in. Like she was looking for ways not to give us what we were requesting. We will not stay there again. "
